1How Do I Receive Tracking Info?
Tracking info is sent automatically once we've processed your order, and are ready to ship. This usually takes no more than 2-3 business days from the day you place your order, depending upon what time. Please remember that sometimes the email will be from "Quantum View" and not from Power Nutrition. Quantum View is from UPS test server. If you did not receive tracking information, it may be that your spam filter has caught the email, you may have accidentally deleted due to not knowing it was from us, or perhaps your order has not yet shipped. 2Where Do I Track My Package?
You may visit www.UPS.com and enter your tracking information if you are unable to link directly from your tracking email. If you're shipment is not shipping via UPS, you will not receive tracking info. Keep in mind also that each county has its own customs, regulations, duties and taxes, none of which PND Enterprises, INC, www.PowerNutritionDepot.com and its affiliates are responsible for. It will be the responsability of the receiver to cover these additional costs OR in the event that customs denys your package, the losses. We will not accept shipments to be returned back to us. Shipments are made via USPS Postal Service, and do not come with any tracking information. Other methods of transport may or may not be additional costs.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

1How Much Is Shipping?
We do our best to keep our shipping charges low. We currently use UPS and USPS shipping rates which are based on weight and size of your shipment.
2Do You Provide International Shipping?

3What If My Order Is Heavier Than 20lbs?
UPS and USPS weight based shipping rates apply.
4When Does My Order Ship?
Orders ship usually 1-2 business days after your order has been completed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If you order after 12pm on Friday, that is also not considered a business day. From time to time, inventory control on our website is not 100% accurate with what we have in the where house. You will be notified via email about any shortages or if we can find you a suitable alternative. We will NEVER change your items purposely without your consent.
5Do You Ship To Alaska, Hawaii, or Military APO AE Addresses?
Yes, we do offer services to these locations, using USPS only. Please remember that USPS shipments do not provide tracking info.
6How Long Until I Receive My Order?
Shipping from our facility usually takes from 4-5 business days to anywhere in the continental United States. We ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority on all shipments, and from time to time there are exceptions to the shipping time frame. If your order is going to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/AE we use USPS Priority Mail to ship your items. Alaska and Hawaii may also see packages in about 4-5 business days. APO/AE shipments have absolutely no guarantee of receiving. There is no time frame, and no exceptions. If you are military personnel expecting shipments from the States to an outside military location, keep in mind any lost packages and damaged packages are not our responsibility nor do we have any way of reimbursing you or ourselves from the United States Postal Service.
7Do You Provide Rush Shipping?
If you need items rushed to you, you can either email us after you place your order and we will do our best to accomodate you. It is recommended to first contact us to find out that your product is in stock and when we expect to ship your items. Just because you place your order today, doesn't necessarily mean we will process and ship today. If you absolutely need your items tomorrow, we will do our best if it is possible.

1What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, PAYPAL are all forms we accept through our online transaction method.
2Is The Checkout Process Secure? How Will I Know?
Yes, we use a SSL 128/256 bit Secure Protocol to process and receive all orders. This means form the time you submit your order, until the time we receive the information and process it, we are in constant secure environment. You can be sure that you are in secure mode, when you see the URL format https:// instead of http://. Please notice the 's' for secure. You can even test this by adding your item to the basket and clicking on "Checkout" underneath the right column Shopping Basket. The mode will automatically switch to secure, before you even begin to put your information! As you proceed through the checkout, keep an eye on the URL if you are still unsure if you are in secure mode. Shipments are made via USPS Postal Service, and do not come with any tracking information. Other methods of transport may or may not be additional costs.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

1When I Click On A Product I Get An Error Screen.
Sometimes you may click on a product that has been discontinued or removed from our database, in which case you click on a "broken link". Please email us at sales@powernutritionshops.com so that we may quickly remedy the problem.
2My Credit Card Was Denied And It Shouldn't Have Been.
Be sure to check that your billing address is correctly filled in. Billing Address is the address where your credit card statement of the credit card holders name is received.

RETURN POLICY

1Do You Take Returns?
We do not take returns on items. We may exchange an item for you for a valid reason, however, you will be responsible the shipping charges to us, and to ship an item back to you. Exchanges will be taken on a case by case basis, and we may refer you back to manufacturer. We will not exchange the following brands under ANY circunstances. They will only deal directly with the consumer, i.e. you: MuscleTech VPX Sports
2I Received A Wrong Or Damaged Item, What Should I Do?
No problem, email us right away: sales@powernutritionshops.com. Be sure to include your order number, your name, and describe the exact problem you are having. Please DO NOT throw away any of the packaging material or the box that it was shipped in, until you get the okay from us or the shipping company used. Once you've received a confirmation from us, we will give you instructions as how we may proceed. In some cases, we may send a call tag for the product, in which case you may need to be at the location of shipping to give the package to the driver. In this case, we will make arrangements for the most convenient time for you. Shipments are made via USPS Postal Service, and do not come with any tracking information. Other methods of transport may or may not be additional costs.
3I Picked The Wrong Flavor
From time to time this happens. As long as you haven't opened the item, we will gladly send you a replacement, however, the receiver (i.e. you) will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the product back to us, and again for sending a replacement. In some cases we may simultaneously ship your item while we wait for the original item. If for some reason you delay the first product back to us longer than 7 business days, we will charge you for both products, in which case there will be no refund. It is imperative that you communicate any problem with shipping back to us, or time constraints. We are here to work with you.
4I Don't Like This Product, What Now?
We will not accept any products back, because they didn't work for you. We are here to help you with your supplement goals. Many times incorrect usage or product specific goals may lead to undesirable results. Email us with any questions if you are concerned about a product, it's results, or if it will fit your goal.
